Name Blocks

Easy.  Found bunch of leftover pieces of wood that my dad left here from his playhouse project. Sanded them down. Painted them black. Used stencil and white paint. Kinda messy, but I ended up liking them anyway...

Jean Bulletin Board for 6 Year Old Boy

Found this at thrift store. Already had a frame attached to bulletin board.

Spraypainted it black.

Found old jeans, ripped/cut out a leg. Tuck sides into the frame using a pair of scissors.

Embellish with jean stuff. I took the waistband to use as a way to "tuck" stuff in.  Hot glued a pocket to tuck stuff in there too.

Added personal pics, etc. Voila.

Bulletin Board Project: Book Pages

Kinda hate to cover it up with crap you put on bulletin boards. :) Probably will do this again on a canvas for art. :)

I used a book that was already torn up, by the way. I'm an English teacher so I respect THE BOOK.

Execution Chair to Lego Display

Before...found next to a dumpster behind the antique mall. :) I grabbed it...to see what I could do.

I guess it was a plant stand??? Relatives and friends called it an execution chair. 

Cost: Zero. Had the black paint already.
